I've a mail box that only receive emails from external client only and would like to setup this mail box to print automatically to specific tray depends on the subject of the email. For example, I would like to setup the subject green to print to tray 1, the subject red to print to tray 2, the subject yellow to print to tray 3 and the subject blue to print to tray. I have a dedicated machine with auto sign in and outlook in the start-up so Outlook client is opened all the time. I need to setup the rules to print to specific tray depends on the subject. If anyone done this before or knows the solution please let me know.

Hi Green,

Based on my research, we can only manually change the paper source for different emails within Outlook, there is no such rule in Outlook can be created to achieve the goal. You may need to find some Outlook print assistance tools and check to see if this is possible via the tools.
