Set up email address policies that apply to AD domains in Exchange 2007
Is there a way to set up two separate email address policies for users that are in two separate domains (Parent, child) but have two completely separate email addresses? Both email address policies should only apply to their respective domains.e.g. user A in Domain A should have his email address set as A.domain.com user B in Domain should have his email address set as B.Domain.comUser A should never have an email address from Domain B and vice versa.Thanks...Firoz

Yes, you would just configure LDAP filtering rules for each policy so that they only apply to objects in the respective domains. Here's some info on how to use filtering: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/319188 http://www.computerperformance.co.uk/exchange2003/exchange2003_recipient_policy.htm

Thanks...what kind of an LDAP filter would I be able to appy to these domains. And can I apply LDAP filters to an email address policy in Exchange 2007? The links above referenced Exchange 2003. Firoz
