My exchange server requires the server name and mailbox name be underlined. How do I get them underlined?

Are you talking about creating a profile for Outlook? If yes then - underlined means - confirmed and tested. Once you put in your name and the exchange server name and if the connection is successful it will underline the names. Check Name on the right will do that or by clicking on next. -- Regards, Vik Singh -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please remember to click ??Mark as Answer? on the post that helps you, and to click ??Unmark as Answer? if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
