Set Recipient limits when send on behalf
Hi, When I send an email from user1 SEND AS user2: user2 Recipient limits are applied. In the email internet header, user2 appear as From, and we don't find any reference to user1. When I send an email from user1 SEND ON BEHALF user2: user1 Recipient limits are applied. In the email internet header user1 appear as From and user2 as Sender. This is the normal working in exchange but Is it possible to set the recipient limits from the user that we send on behalf? Thank you in advance. Regards, J. Manuel

Doubtful since you are still sending as User1 when sending on behalf.

Hi, For his issue, as I tested, the recipient limits for the user who has send on behalf permission is the same as himself. So you can set the recipient limits by this way: In Exchange Server 2003 Active Directory Users and Computers->The user who has send on behalf permission->Properties->Exchange General->Delivery Options->Recipient limits->Choose Maximum recipients->input the recipient limits In Exchange Server 2007 Exchange Management Console->Recipient Configuration->The Mailbox which has send on behalf permission->Properties->Mail Flow Settings->Delivery Options->Properties->choose Maximum recipients->input the recipient limits If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know and I will be glad to help. Best Regards, Evan
