Services on Ex2007 don't automatically come up after reboot
Hi,
We have a new Exchange 2007 std. server on Windows 2003 Server that is having trouble once you reboot. This is in a small business, so the Exchange server is the PDC, too. We are getting errors about:
Process MAD.EXE (PID=288). All Domain Controller Servers in use are not responding:
The Exchange Information Store and the Exchange Transport are set to Automatic start, but I have to go in and manually start them.
The server is a newdual-core dual proc server with 4 GB RAM, so it should be plenty beefy enough to handle this.
We also have another server that is supposed to be a backup domain controller, so I don't know why all controllers were not responding.
Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this to start automatically?
Thank you!

Have you tried resolving this with this article?
Exchange 2007 services cannot start automatically after you install Exchange 2007 on a global catalog server
