Hello, I need to allow certain non-administrator personnel access to start, stop, or pause certain Services on Windows 2003 servers without giving them admin rights to these servers. I located several articles which gave the procedure to grant this access to the Service. The issue I need assistance with is how to grant access to the Services.msc screen on the other server. I would like these users to be able to open the Services.msc screen on their local computer and then Connect to another computer. Now when they attempt to Connect to another computer, they receive an Error 5 Access denied message. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
