Server Get Stucked in every 2 weeks

Hi,

I am running exchange 2010.

Every two or four weeks, my exchange frequently get stuck and can't do anything until I restart it.

I have already tried to update patch and service pack, and also tried to upgrade memory and CPU capacity, but the problem still persist. 

My server information:

- Im running my exchange server 2010 on Hyper-V guest machine: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise SP1

- My exchange server capacity: Memory 12Gb, with virtual CPU 4 cores

- Running Roll : Mailbox, CAS, and Hub Transport in one server

- Mailbox: 177 mailbox, 135 Active mailbox

- My exchange version: 14.01.0438.000

- Patch update: Rollup 6 SP1 (KB2608646), Rollup 7 SP1 (KB2743248) , Rollup 7-v2 SP1 (KB2756496), Rollup 8 SP1 (KB2787763)

Hello,

Firstly, please check you have enough disk space.

I recommend you do full backup for your database on schedule.

I recommend you use Performance Monitor to collect performance data from local Exchange 2010 servers.

Besides, please check if there is related warning or error in application log when the issue occurs.
