Server 2000 to 2003 w/Exchange 2003 already installed
Is there anything in particular I should watch for in upgrading the OS to 2003R2 server. Exchange 2003 is already installed and has been running. Schema is already extended.

I'm not sure I'd do it that way as it's risky. Why not bring up another server and move the mailboxes and other information across? You always have a backout plan this way, it there's less risk to the business.
