Do the mail recipients receive the emails?
Does this issue happen with all sent items or just certain ones? Do those affected messages have anything in common?
If we open the email in Sent Items, does it show any content? What if we test it in Gmail webmail interface?
Please try recreating the OST file and then check if the issue continues. To do this, close Outlook, find the OST file from the following location:
drive:\Users\username\Documents\Outlook Files
Then, rename the .ost file to .old and restart Outlook to sync a new one.
