Sent Mails Folder is Not Visible - Deborah Ferrari

Hello All,

I was configuring my mail account in Microsoft Outlook - desktop application. Everything is well but I can not find the sent mails folder in it.

Please suggest me the required troubleshoot alternatives for the issue.

Without knowing which mail account type you are using, it is hard to suggest anything.

Assuming IMAP, then either there is not Sent Items folder on the server yet, or you'll need to set a Root path for you mailbox configuration.
