Sent Items inside Inbox

Hi

I was with a client the other day and he is on Office 2013. I noticed that his Sent Items, Drafts and Trash folders are inside his Inbox. I tried to click and drag to move them up a level but that didn't work. Any ideas?

Hi,

What type of email account is the client using?

We may try the following command-line switches to see if it will fix the issue:

1. Exit Outlook. Press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /resetnavpane and press Enter.

This command clears and regenerates the Folder Pane for the current profile.

2. If /resetnavpane switch doesn't work, we can also try using outlook /resetfolders command in the same way.

If above commands don't work, we may need to create a new mail profile for the user and then reconfigure his mail account in the new profile to see the result. We can create a new profile to test if it works first, if it works, then we can delete the old corrupt profile. To create a new mail profile, please refer:
