Hi Alex,
Thank you for your question.
Sensitive word list could not be edited.
so we couldnt send test email with our expect words.
To ensure that spam is being properly detected and acted upon, we could send a GTUBE message through the service. Similar to the EICAR antivirus test file, GTUBE provides a test by which we could verify that the service is detecting incoming spam. A GTUBE
message should always be detected as spam by the content filter, and the actions that are performed upon the message should match our configured settings.
Include the following GTUBE text in a mail message on a single line, without any spaces or line breaks:
XJS*C4JDBQADN1.NSBN3*2IDNEN*GTUBE-STANDARD-ANTI-UBE-TEST-EMAIL*C.34X
We could refer to the following links to configure content filter policies:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj200684(v=exchg.150).aspx
we could refer to the following link to learn about Advanced Spam Filtering Options:

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
Best Regard,
Jim
