Running Exchange 2007 SP2 and Outlook 2007 SP2. We have quite a few generic mailboxes that multiple users have access to, within their Outlook profile - e.g. Sales, Marketing. A lot of the time, users have Send As/Send on Behalf rights to be able to send 'from' these shared mailboxes too. Can someone tell me - if someone sends a message and changes the 'From' value to be from the Shared Mailbox, where should the actual Sent Item go to? The user's Sent Items or the Sent Items folder of that shared mailbox?
