Since the windows 10 update, I have not been able to send emails from my outlook 2013. I have checked with my ISP and they determined its an outlook issue . I get is error code 0x800ccc13. please help. Is there a issue with windows 10 that needs an update or is there a fix?

You should try to run System File Checker or SFC command to fix this issue. See the given below steps to Know how to run SFC command:

• Go to Search bar >> Type Command Prompt on the text field >> an icon (Command Prompt) will show to you, Right Click on Command Prompt >> Select Run as administrator from the drag down list.
• Type sfc<space>/scannow & press enter. This process will take some time. After Completion of process, reboot your system.
