Sending Mass Email

Hi Server Expert,

We are currently using Exchange Server 2010 mail server running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise. Currently, we have 2 Transport Server and 2 Mailbox Servers for redundancy.

We are planning to find a software that able to send the mass email to our customers. the mass email could be send to more than 1000 customers at one time.

My query is: will sending mass email causing our domain blacklisted as spam? what kind of issue that we can foresee from sending of mass email?

Thanks.

If your exchange infrastructure has proper configuration in place (correct DNS settings, transport, connector, mailbox, throttling configurations etc.) allowing bulk email send it shouldn't be a problem at all.

Hi Henry,

Thank you for your question.

In addition above suggest, please make more than 1000 customers into white list for outbound message flow.

In addition, please give a big size of database for this mailbox. If it possible, please send the email at out of production time or divide into 1000 customers to send it.

If there are any question when you send it, welcome to our forum and we will give a better solution for you.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
