Sender is not getting a copy of the message when sending to distribution list
When the CEO sends an email to the "everyone" distribution list he does not get a copy of his own message. He is the only user that this happens to. We are using Exchange 2003 by the way. Help please.

Hi, Can you do one thing for me, from CEO Outlook, go and try to send email to Everyone DL, but before sending the email, click on the + Sign before the Everyone DL Name, this will expand the DL Members in the new email page, please confirm that you can see CEO name in this list. another thing, does your CEO outlook is configured to use Exchange Cache mode ? if yes, can you please disable the cache mode and do the same above test, and try to send email to Everyone DL and see if he can get the email or not. if after disabling the Exchange Cache Mode your CEO can recieve emails if he sent to Everyone DL, then either you have to rebuild your Offline Address Book from Exchange System Manager Console under Recipients --> Offline Address Book, then right click on your Default Offline Address Book and choose to Rebuild. and then reconfigure your CEO outlook profile for new Cache Mode. please let me know the result of the first test.
