Send on behalf of another account.
I have Exchange 2003 and clients using Outlook 2003 for email. I need to be able to allow a user to send email from another account using their existing login, and not have it state 'On behalf of' in the from lline. I have the account set up and the users accessing the mailbox with full access.

Hi, Using AD Users and Computers go into the Security Tab (advanced view needs to be set) of the user that you want theemailto appear from. Add the user that you want to give the right to and then scroll down the list of permissions and select "Send As" from the list.

This gets the 'On behalf" removed and when I reply to the email I get:Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: RE: test Sent: 12/21/2006 12:01 PMThe following recipient(s) could not be reached: HDW Merchandising on 12/21/2006 12:01 PM A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients. I fixed the problem, I had multiple email addresses included with the account. Once I removed the other address, it works perfectly. Thank you.
