Send items from shared mailbox is placed in own mailbox.

Hi All,

I have a problem with one of my customers, about sending mail from another mail account (shared mailbox). The sended mail item then goes from Outbox to Send Items of the local user, instead of the shared mailbox send items folder.

I did tried the next solution: http://www.msoutlook.info/question/278
but did not help.

Funny thing is that the register record DelegateWastebasketStyle does work as mentioned in http://www.msoutlook.info/question/130

This article descripts the settings on how Outlook behaves when deleting items from the shared folder. By default, the deleted items will be stored in the users mailbox instead of the shared mailbox. By changing this settings, the deleted items in the shared mailbox will be placed in the deleted items of that shared folder. Strangely.... this works, but not the sended items.

Wat we have:
Microsoft Outlook 2013 (as part of the Office 365 Business Premium Plan)
Exchange Online
Users full access permission and send permission on the shared mailbox

Hey Allen,

You hit the jackpot! I was wondering (a long time) when Microsoft would change dis behave by default. Apperently they change it in in June 2015. Thank you very much. I will keep this in my records.
