Hi, If you want to send external, it's so easy by configuring a send connector. so that fred@gmail.com can receive the mail from A1@kc.com. If you want to receive mail into your kc.com domain, so that your domain must be registered in a public DNS. Best regardsBest Regards Don't forget to mark it as answer if it helps

Its looking that you want to send email as spam (sender and receiver both would be same). You can send email using @google.com (As spammer do)using relay but its not looking possible to send with other address @kc.com and then recepient look another sender @google.com. As remote domain is non exchnge server so i don't think we can achive this, But in Exchange 2010 you can do it for incoming message called "Address Rewritting." Hi, As I understand, I think you could create a mail user. Then the user can access resource in your organization, and all mail send to mail user are routed to the external email address. Create a Mail User Else, you could use address rewrite , but you can’t receive email. Because the third party email had registered MX record. Understanding Address Rewriting Of course, you could set a rule to forward email from third party email system to your mailbox.
