Hi, 1. Would you please let me know whether the four email address belongs to one AD object or four AD objects? 2. How the Outlook connects to Exchange Server? Exchange Mode or POP3/SMTP client? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mike Shen TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hi Seppj, Regarding the first question, I would just like to know whether one AD user has all the four email addresses or you have created four users with four email addresses. Mike
