Selectively allowing different types of .pst's
Not sure if this is the right forum to post this question to since it crosses a few boundaries so let me know... The question I have deals with .pst's. Can you administratively allow .pst's to be created on a user's desktop for items that come from SharePoint (E.G connect a document library to Outlook) and disallow a .pst to be created for the purpose of storing email? Even if this can be done, would there be anything to stop a user from creating a SharePoint List .pst and then moving email into that .pst?I have a feeling that I know the answers but thought I'd ask anyway. The integration between SharePoint and Outlook is great but if a company does not allow .pst's it automatically locks the users out of using that functionality. Thanks,Steve
