Security warning is coming back every time Outlook restarts

This morning a new certificate is installed on the exchange server. DNS records are changed and everything is working fine.

When opening Outlook 2010 users are getting the security warning "The name on the security certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site". Error message: http://postimg.org/image/6m9dd8zb9/

When they click on "Yes" the error message is gone in that session but when they restart Outlook the message is back again.

The customer have a domain with .local, maby this information is relavant with the global change in certificates that .local is not available in certificates anymore.

Anyone a idea how to solve this?

Hi,

Please check if the following blog articlea applies to your situation:

Since this issue is more related to certificate on the Exchange Server, I'd recommend you post a new question in the Exchange forum for further assistance:

https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/office/en-US/home?category=exchangeserver

The reason why we recommend posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank you for your understanding.
