Security Alert - MS Outlook 2013 always pop up certificate alert when click on user shared calendar

Hi gurus,

Some of the users always get a security alert popup as the below.

"Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others.

However, there is a problem with the site security certificate"

Some actions has been performed but the problem is still persist.

1) Create new mail profile

2) Restarting PC

3) Run registry editor to delete the System Certificate - Auth Root - Certificate folder manually.

But problem is still persist.

Any ideas how to resolve it?

Hi,

The first thing I suggest is to make sure the Office software is up-to-date, there used to be a similar issue and it was fixed by an update.

You can try the following steps as a workaround:

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.

1. Go to Start -> Run -> regedit
2. Now go to below path in the registry  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover
3. Under Autodiscover add a DWORD registry named as ExcludeHttpsRootDomain and set its value as 1
