Hi,
As long as you have Outlook and your company provides an Exchange Account, sharing your calendar with other users who need to know your schedule will be a good choice for you.
Right click on your Calendar, click Properties -> Permissions, add the members who you want to share the calendar with, and provide the proper permissions, click OK. These users will then be able to open your calendar as a shared calendar in their own Outlook.
