Searching for the office tool for share the job schedule
I want to share and publish my job schedule with my colleagues (ex. Monday: developing script for project X, Tuesday: meeting with supplier Y...). What is the best Office tool for this purpose? And how to sync this tool with my company Outlook account?

Hi,

As long as you have Outlook and your company provides an Exchange Account, sharing your calendar with other users who need to know your schedule will be a good choice for you.

Right click on your Calendar, click Properties -> Permissions, add the members who you want to share the calendar with, and provide the proper permissions, click OK. These users will then be able to open your calendar as a shared calendar in their own Outlook.
