Searching Cmd-let to export csv-files from mailcontacts in Exchange2007
How to export mailcontact and distributiongroup with needed information, name, address etc.

Get-MailContact -ResultSize Unlimited | Select DisplayName, ExternalEmailAddress | Export-CSV c:\mailcontacts.csv
Get-DistributionGroup -ResultSize Unlimited | Select DisplayName, PrimarySmtpAddress| Export-CSV c:\distributiongroups.csv

You likely could also do this using standard AD tools like CSVDE and LDIFIDE.
