Hi All

When Retention Policies are in use, we are able to choose 'View Items Expiring Soon' from the Assign Policy menu.

It appears to perform a search using the term 'expires:<=the next month'

Does anyone know if it's possible to Create a Search Folder using this same query? If so how?

To create a search folder with 'expires:<=the next month' this criteria, we can follow steps below:

1. Right click search folder. In Select a Search Folder, scroll down to the very bottom. Select Create a custom

       Search Forlder. Then click choose.

 2. Next you will see Browse and Criteria. You can select the folder you want to perform search. Select Criteria

    you could give your customized criteria.

 3. After click Criteria, select Advanced Tab ->from field->choose all mail fields->expires->set up expires
