Script exchange mailbox rights
Hi,I'm looking for some pointers on altering mailbox permissions using a script or batch file. I can script exmerge to export a user's pst file, I'd like the script to give x user rights to do this prior to launch, then revoke x's permission once the script has been launched.Any pointers much appreciated. Thanks

i second this. i find it compeltely absurd to have to do three things in order to give someone access to a mailbox, and send as that mailbox. i pulled out my hair repeatedly when finding out that send-as (in ADUC or setting the add-adpermission) wasn't the only thing you needed to do along with add-mailboxpermission. IN ADDITION to that, you need to add that user the ability to send on behalf of. Please make this more annoying for us. *rolls eyes* ... so there are 3 commands that have to be run from the powershell and the send on behalf of cannot contain a group, so i have to do this for EVERY SINGLE USER that i need accessing a mailbox and sending as. We don't like to have their name on the whole send on behalf of, so we have to add the AD access "send as" as well. sigh. can't we just have one command to do all three ? thanks.
