Scheduling Assistant Not Displaying free/busy information that should be visible when using scheduling assistant

I have been going around in circles, spent the better part of an afternoon on the phone with a Microsoft teckky and still have been unable to figure this one out. We have users in one office that use Outlook 2013 Client, connected to a 2007 Exchange Server. Prior to an Exchange crash users were able to see free/busy times while using the scheduling assistant to book room resources. Now, this information is no longer visible, all you get is a No Information bar going across, if you hover over it the message is "Your Server Location Could Not Be Determined, Please Contact Your Administrator"

I have tested the same user in Outlook Clients 2010 and 2007, both are able to see busy/free information. I have done A LOT of research and found this hot fix page that I though fixed it but the hot fix has been removed. I followed the link to the hot fix noted on the page but when I install it, I get the message that the hot fix does not apply to my current client.

I've read that it's an inherent issue between 2013 Client and 2007 Exchange, but I'm not convinced. Any ideas, suggestions and no we are not upgrading our Exchange Server LOL

Thanks in Advance

Hi,

Have you installed the November 12 updates? If so, please try to uninstall the KB2837618 and KB2837643 to check the result.

More information, please refer:

Please let me know the result.
