Hi Divyaprakash,

You might want to try Microsoft Software Inventory Analyzer (MSIA) which is a free tool available for download that can help you with your software inventory.

It can scan and inventory the Microsoft software that is installed on a single computer, or on multiple computers throughout a network.

Hope this helps.

Hi Divyaprakash,

I think you can use the software inventory feature in System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, which will help collect information about files/software that are contained on client devices in your organization.

You can specify what kind of information to be collected, for example, Product ID, Product Version, etc.

Here is the reference you'll need: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682049.aspx

IMHO, if you post your question on Windows client forum or a script forum, you will get more suggestions. Current forum usually only discuss question about Outlook client.

In addition to the tool above, you can use a lots of third-party tool, just do a simple search via google :)

Or maybe some powershell scripts?
