Saving HTML files on the computer
When you save an email to the computer so that you can retrieve the e-mail outside of Outlook 2007, a file and a folder is created both having the same name. In the folder which is created are three documents: colorschememapping, filelist, themedata. If the folder with these three documents are deleted the HTML file will also be deleted. I would think that this folder is taking up much space when it doesnt seem to be needed. I save the HTML files on cod to be used apart from Outlook 2007. When I worked with Microsoft Outlook 2002 I many times saved e-mails in HTML format and there was never a folder created with the same name. I can move the HTML document anywhere without any problem. There were not many different folders which loaded up my computer that I really cannot use or see any use for. Would it be possible to have Microsoft Outlook 2007 to run as it did in Outlook 2002 without creating folders that are not used?
