Save copy of sent message
Hello, I am looking to implement a policy that prevents my users from unchecking the box to "Save copy of sent message". I have found the GPO settings for the policy in the Outlook Options. However, these settings do not prevent a user from removing the check mark when composing an e-mail (options of the e-mail message). Does anybody know if it is possible to disable the check box for "save copy of sent message"? Thanks, Brett

You're better off posting the Office forum and they will be able to assist. There is probably an Outlook control which you can use. Or you can download something called Outlook Spy and try and get the control from there.Sukh

This is really an Outlook question so I would ask in the Outlook forum Having said that, you could also look at managed fodlers/Message Retention policies that delete items from the sent folder depending on your Exchange version.
