Same method for GAL seperation in 2007 and 2010?
Hello, Will the GAL seperation/hiding method found here for Exchange 2007, work for Exchange 2010? I have Exchange 2010 in a forest that has multiple domains and will have more added in the future. I need to keep the Address Lists between users in these domains 100% seperate. They don't need to know the others even exist. Another question, if I do this method and add future users to these domains, will I have to manually go into ADSIedit and change the new user's MSExchQueryBaseDN? I suppose a script could do it, but I don't have much experience writing scripts to change AD/Exchange properties. Thanks!

Just to add, don't try the 2007 method at all in your 2010 environment as it could destroy your environment, or you could have to tear down and re-install. SteveSteve Goodman Check out my Blog for more Exchange info or find me on Twitter
