Hi,

I have set up my outlook email signature and have copied the same signature to the same email on my iphone.  However, my company logo does not appear in my signature and the color on the fonts change as well when I send emails with my phone.  I have not been able to fix this problem please help.

Send a test email from PC Outlook with the signature, does the signature display correctly on iPhone?

Please also make sure you are editing the email in html format on iPhone, or the signature may not display properly.

Hi,

when I send the email with the PC outlook the signature as well as the logo in the signature is displayed correctly on the iphone except for the color scheme. However, when I copy and paste the same signature on the iphone the logo and the color schemes are not displayed. I assume it's because the signature is not in html format on the PC outlook but how can I convert the signature in to html on the pc outlook?

Go to %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures, you will find for each signature, there are three type of files: .html, .rtf, .txt.

So the signature format is decided by your email format.

If you want your signature to be in html, make sure you are editing the signature in html.

Ken is clearly asking how do you edit the signature in IPhone Outlook in HTML to have the logo appear!
