I have a customer that is using MS Office 2003. When she opens up an email with an attachment MS Office SR-1 begins to load. Her system has SR-2. She also has local admin rights on her system. Can cancel the install and see email. But not sure how to get rid of this installation attempt. All updates have been run too. How can I get this to stop?
