SPD Workflows in On-Prem SP 2010 does not send email as attachment to DL moved to Office 365

Hi,

I am using this codeplex solution to send out email with attachment to the DL in our SP 2010 environment. It used to work ok all the time. Recently, it has stopped sending out email to the DL.

The problem was that DL was migrated to O365 when our users are still on the local Exchange servers. The infrastructure team have made a configuration change that allows the DL to work even though it still appears as a contact in the address list. I have tested the DL successfully by sending out a test email. However, the document library item does not send out email to the DL now.

I try to look into workflow history and could not find any error. It works fine with DL hosted On-Prem Exchange servers.

Could you please help me out.
