Thank you for your help guys. I have tried using the link provided before but whenever I try to log in the question there is an error on SBS forum and I am notified that support would be working on that...Regarding my question, I did look into root for log file for SP2 but I only found initial installation log and for SP1. I wonder why it was never logged if I did the try the update?One of the biggest reasons why I need to go to SP2 are event ID's 9097,1065,1030 and 467.Thank you,Joe
