Greetings,

I have a Exchange 2010 setup which is not published public. 

i.e. users can't connect to the CAS from outside network and can't send/receive emails externally.

Now, I want to configure the setup in such a way that users should be able to send/receive emails externally.

For that i have purchased Baracuda ANti-spam appliance.

Kindly provide me inputs for the points mentioned below.

1. What are the important things to be considered for SMTP flow inbound/outbound

2. If i dont want CAS url to be published on ISA/TMG or any other Hardware appliance. Can i directly publish CAS url using public IP and register the A record on my public DNS and Private DNS.

And what changes i have to do on firewall to accept port 443 traffic and route to the CAS NLB.
