SMTP communication problem
I have a problem with sending mail to a specific place. The returned error is the following; There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's server. ...........#5.5.0 smtp;554 This server requires PTR for unauthenticated connections. Can you help? I'm on Exchange 2003 Thanks Gaston

Hi, You need to have a PTR record created in the public DNS. The people hosting your public dns should be able to help. Leif

Is there any place I can have a tip on how to create it or have an example onhow a typical PTR should be created. I don't have anyone on site that can help. Regards, Gaston
