SMTP POP3 don't get through ISA Server - Error 0x800733f5
Hi, I'm having a problem with SMTP and POP3 trying to go through my ISA Server. I have a rule to allow certain users to access our hosted mail. The rule is an "Allow" rule but it seems to be blocking both reading or writing e-mails. Below there is a sample of both SMTP and POP3 being blocked. Original Client IPClient IPClient UsernameClient AgentAuthenticated ClientServiceServer NameReferring ServerDestination Host NameDestination IPProtocolTransportHTTP MethodURLMIME TypeObject SourceSource NetworkDestination NetworkSource ProxyDestination ProxyActionBidirectionalClient Host NameRuleFilter InformationNetwork InterfaceRaw IP HeaderRaw PayloadLog TimeSource PortDestination PortProcessing TimeBytes SentBytes ReceivedResult CodeHTTP Status CodeCache InformationError InformationLog Record Type0.0.0.010.0.0.164SRV_03-200.32.5.26SMTPTCP---InternalExternalDenied ConnectionSMTP - POP3 Restringido Usuarios Navegacin-12/05/2008 10:42:48 p.m.3281250000x800733f5 0x00x0Firewall0.0.0.010.0.0.164SRV_03-190.210.10.40POP3TCP---InternalExternalDenied ConnectionSMTP - POP3 Restringido Usuarios Navegacin-12/05/2008 10:42:47 p.m.32761100000x800733f5 0x00x0Firewall As it can be seen, the Client Username remains empty and the Client IP is 0.0.0.0. It must be something related to the user validation because if I add "All Users" to the rule, then mails work fine and in the logs the Client IP appears OK; the user name still don't appear. I hope someone can give me a hand with this. Thanks
