What version of Exchange server do you have? Does the user have any forwarded setup? How are your SMTP connectors setup?DJ Grijalva | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | www.persistentcerebro.com

Hi, Does the problem happen on other recipients who is in the same domain (using same email address suffix @domain.com)? If the problem happens in all recipients in that domain and you are using Exchange 2007/2010, please try to re-subscript HUB and Edge servers: 1. Deleted the Edge Subscription from both HUB and Edge servers 2. Restarted the ADAM service on the Edge server 3. Created a new Edge Subscription and imported it on the HUB server Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
