SMTP: Advanced queue failed to deliver message
Hi,I am having a slight problem with exchange server on my network. It seems that any email from a hotmail address (and some other addresses) are going straight into the junk folder rather than inbox (this is happening for all users). I have looked at the message tracking centre in Exchange System Manager and found that any hotmail address lists the following:SMTP: Message submitted to advanced queuingSMTP: Started Message submission to advanced queueSMTP: Advanced queue failed to deliver message Any ideas why it would fail to deliver the message?? I'm, fairly confident it is because of this that email from hotmail is going straight into the junk folder. Thanks in advance for any help,Phil

Bounce up the SCL rating On your Outlook and check what SCL is getting stamped on the email.

Let me know what SCL is getting stamped on the emails.
+ also check the IMF Filter set on the global settings and see, what have you set the threshold there.
Thanks

+ If IMF is enabled - try to disable it on the virtual server. - restart SMTP and Routing engine service.
+ test a mail - do we still see messages going in Junk - if yes - check if there is any rules or addins.
+ Close your Outlook. and check your OWA and see if it goes to Junk or Inbox..
- Check all the above and Let me know the results.Suraj Panicker | Microsoft Enterprise Messaging Team| Microsoft Corp.
