SIGNATURE
Hello,
I use Exchange 2007 and I wish to know if there is any way to add a template signature that would be hosted on a server?
In fact, I wish the users to feel free to use that signature or their own and if they do use it, I wish to be able to modify it whitout having each users to undergo the change and do it manualy.
If you have any idea that would match with my description, please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Graig

Are you using Public Folders in your environment? If so I guess you could put a template in a public folder for people to use. Not a great way to do it, but it would work. If you are looking for more of a 'stock' signature you could create a transport rule
for outbound messages, but that would apply to everyone and would only be tagged onto the message after the user clicks 'send' so I probably wouldn't recommend it.

I cannot think of any way that achieves what you want achieve.
The usual signature management is that the users do their own, and it isn't centrally managed, or a centrally managed solution is used.
For user's own signature they could be supplied with a template, but it would be stored locally and wouldn't apply to another machine (unless moved), OWA or any mobile device.
Most clients I see are now applying the signatures centrally, either using a transport rule or something like Exclaimer. Then they can be sure of a uniform format.
