Setup a Default Retention Tag For Exchange to Send All Inbox/Sent/Deleted Items to the Online Archive after 365 days. I try to set this up, but it only seems to let me do it for "Personal Folders" not default Inbox or Sent or Deleted. I want "Tag Type: Inbox (because I want the Inbox and its sub folders to be affected; but same for the others). Age: 365, Action, Move To Archive (not delete or anything). But when I do this, it says, Error: Unable to execute the task, reason: MOVETOARCHIVE can only be applied to tags of type default ('ALL'), Personal or ReverableItems. Why is this? Thanks.Thomas Murray
