SENDING EMAIL
Hi all, I have a user who is trying to send an email to a university but the email is being rejected by the university as the sending address is on a black list. The sender is sending email out via a plus net relay. Am i correct in thinking i could create another send connector on the exchange server to send email for the university domain only via DNS rather and the plus net relay? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Send Connectors match on the closest possible match. Therefore example.com on a send connector to deliver by DNS would be used before *, no matter what the cost. Having multiple connectors is not unusual. SimonSimon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Hire Me.
