Hi,What is the error logged in the event log for this error? Does it say it can start the services due to the time has expired, which is default 30000 seconds? Is there any av scanning installed and if so are all correct exclusions made for Exchange? Also check this KB article which describes a same issue plus steps to reproduce and fix the issue:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940845Regards,JohanExchange-blog: www.johanveldhuis.nl

Thank's to Elvis and Johan.Solved the problem by removing Forefront as a part for Exchange Server. It was Forefont who stop the services, transport and store.I won't install Forefront again.Thank'sAlinse

This issue appears to be solved with Forefront Version: 10.2.0942.0 Service Pack: 2. I had the same problems on my SBS box until I applied SP2.MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M | Small Business Specialist

Quick note: Don't disable IPV6. When I did, my server took about an hour to reboot and exchange store and transport would not start. MS needs to put this somewhere so it's easy to find. Three hours on TechNet vs. 3 seconds on Google....
