Rules with multiple conditions and / or actions do not work

I made a rule that moves mail coming to a sub folder.

I can make this conditional rule onto the receiver or to the transmitter.
In both cases the set the receiving mail in the desired sub directory

However, if I want to combine the terms, so a mail is sent to X, and if it is from Y to activate the rule.
The same mail which was previously moved stays, after a resend with the combined rule in the inbox.

The same issue I have with the action. I want to move the receving mail and want to send a response on it.

I can create a rule (with one condition) whice move the sub folder or rend an automaticly reply.
The rule to move the mail and send a automaticly reply reults in nothind (mail stays in inbox and no reply is send)

Has anyone a suggestion for me?

Hi,

I can confirm in my Outlook 2013, both rules with multiple conditions and rules with multiple actions work as expected.

Make sure you don't have any exceptions for these rules, or the received email may meet the exception and the rule won't work.

If you have multiple rules in Outlook, disable all of them and only enable the one we need to test, then check if the problem persists. This will help determine whether other rules are interfering with the rule with multiple conditions/actions. I suggest you not use the "stop processing more rules" action in other rules, this may cause the issue too.
