We are using Microsoft Office 2007 and Microsoft Office 2010 version in Windows7

in both version we having same issue that we can not insert row and colums

We are try to solve this issue with reinstalling office software

Try to install all updates

but problem still continue

The only one solution for this problem is to Delete user profile and create new profile

But we want to solve this issue without delete user's profile

So please give us solution

1. Did you get any error messages when you can't insert rows and columns?

2. Did this issue occur in all Excel files?

3. Can you delete rows and columns normally?

4. Does the Insert option in Excel work fine?

First of all I suggest you modify the Registry key, in the left pane of Registry Editor Window and please navigate here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Excel\Options

Then please Delete Options key, and restart your computer. After rebooting the system, please check if it works for you.

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.

I can't find Option Folder in under of Excel Option in Microsoft Office 2010.

and not a single error show and other thing is that insert row option not high light in right click in Excel.
