Hello! I've spendt som time with this problem now, and i just can't figure it out... I have 2 Exchange servers, 1 can send, and the other one can't (to each other). Both servers are Exchange 2003 with SP2. There are only 2 Administrative groups. I've made a Routing Group Connector between the 2 servers, i can telnet from both servers on port 25 and they both answer. If i check the Queue on the server that can't send, it says "The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt", and the e-mails are moved to the Messages with an unreachable destination que.
