Route all emails form hotmail to specific user mailbox
I have to setup exchange 2003 so all emails that are coming from *@hotmail.com will go to specific user mailbox in our organization. We are using Microsoft Exchange 2003 and I would like to setup this rule on exchange server. Please help! Marcin

Hi Marcin, This is not possible natively in Exchange 2003 and you need to search for any third party tools. In Exchange 2007 you can use Transport Rules to redirect the delivery to any other mailbox. If you want to stop receiving mails from htomail.com in Exchange 2003 then you can set recipient filtering. Configuring Recipient Filtering

Hi Marcin, Base on my research, the function you want is unavailable in Exchange 2003. As Amit mentioned, it can be achieved easily in Exchange 2007. In Exchange 2003, If you wanna block the email from specific address, you should use Sender Filteringto carry out this. You alos can archived these messages if you want. Regards, Elvis
