I can see all the Room mailboxes when using Outlook , but when using Outlook web access , not everything is showing..

Can the amount of ROoms displayed in WEB Access be changed?

Even when selecting "show all rooms" the rooms don't show up..

any idea whwere to start?

According to your description, I understand that cannot show rooms in room finder by OWA.
If I misunderstand you concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Please try to run below command to double check:
Get-DistributionGroup | Where {$_.RecipientTypeDetails Eq Roomlist} | FL Name,AddressListMembership
Get-DistributionGroupMember name

If it get empty, please refer to below link to Create a Room List Distribution Group:
